Reporting to the Director Global Marketing, the Customer Success Team (CST) supports Circles sales and growth strategy. By engaging customers to deepen and strengthen relationships, you will increase account transparency and translate that information into an account strategy in partnership with Sales Account Executives (AE). You will work in together engaging with new, existing and prospective customers promoting Circle products and driving customer satisfaction ensuring growth and revenue targets are achieved. Additionally, you will be held accountable for, and contribute to corporate Sales revenue, with your own sales targets based on a designated territory.
As part of a broader team, the CST will be responsible for Sales and Administrative duties performed accurately and on time, and growth within designated accounts; through sales of new products, licenses and services, support renewals, and management of trial licenses. Additionally, as appropriate, the CST will conduct and/or set up necessary demo’s and provide quotes to meet and/or exceed the CST’s annual sales budget. The CST is an inside position and will follow up in a timely manner with all designated leads, collect and report pre and post sales customer information (and issues) and be a student of the Circle Sales and Marketing pipeline process so that steps are followed when transitioning prospects to opportunities to the AE.
S/he will be highly collaborative, engaging and charismatically professional always. S/he will need to be successful communicating (written and verbal) and managing situations remotely while effectively cooperating at multiple levels, both internally and externally.
